First Fitness Friday








We had our first Fitness Friday today. How was it?

  1. the first fitness friday was not even tiring. I would prefer 3 rounds and more exercises.

  3. I think it is a good idea of running 1 round for the first fitness Friday as we can practice running together as a class. If we run 3 rounds we may go back separately, not a class. If we get better we may run 3 rounds.

  4. I prefer to 2 rounds than 3 rounds as it was the first fitness Friday.Then, we start to increase the laps we run later.
