I have gotten a head start on the new science topic. We should also play our part and perform the "4rs",reduce,reuse,recycle and refuse to prevent Mother Earth from getting sicker.We won't want to live in a polluted place,will we?

We MUST Play our part in SAVING EARTH. Saving Earth is like saving yourself from DEATH! If Mother Earth see us playing our part, we will live in a much better PLACE! So WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Save Our one and only MOTHER EARTH!!! THATS THE NUMBER 1 THING WE SHOULD DO!! Do You Argee? If you DO NOT! You are a EVIL person and do not deserve to LIVE here!!! Lets stop people saying that Earth is going to END because if we start now it will NEVER happen (if the sun burns out i will say YES)

With green house gases,earth's average temperature is 15 degrees celsius but without them,earth's average temperature would be -15 degrees celsius.So we are lucky!

I learnt about the age of the ice core which was 420,500 years old.
ReplyDeleteGlobal warming is caused by an excessive amount of carbon dioxide in the air.I know the 3 different types of fossil fuels , Singapore will face water pollution and air pollution in future and must protect the Mother Earth.
Oceans are getting more and more acidic as the factories are giving off more wastes such as chemicals which will harm the sea. If we do not think of a solution now, the shells of the animals living in the ocean will soon disappear.

ReplyDeleteWe must not pollute the land and water.The sea water consist of fishes,mammals and many others.The land that we live in also have other animals too. If we pollute both water and land the animals living in the land and sea will die soon.We can help saving the animals by using the 3Rs, reuse reduce and recycle. Or use bio_degradable stuffs. If humans do more harm what will happen to the animals and mother earth?

ReplyDeleteAll I have to say that Mother Nature is currently not erm... pleased. Due to all the actions done by us human beings, we have caused great harm to our Earth. But if we do not take action, global warming may increase and we will be gone very soon, I assure you. So in order to do so, we do not have to do big things like stopping factories from producing smoke and harmful gases. We just have to practise the 3Rs- Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and, introduced by the Science Centre lecturer, Refuse. If we just do our part, then we can live peacefully in our Earth.

ReplyDeleteI've learnt that the temperature around the globe has been gradually increasing for the last 140 years and deforestation has also caused many living things to lose their shelter and food source, without any shelter and/or food, plants and animals will die and also they may become extinct.

I learnt that it it is everyone part to protect the earth. The ice in the north pole is also melting because of a rise of temperature, causing sea levels to rise.
ReplyDeleteMother Earth's lungs is destroyed, together we can help her to "repair" it.To help her we can stop deforestation by passing the massage to adults as they are the only ones who can stop it.So lets do our part such as when we go to the beach we can throw rubbish into the dustbin instead of throwing it on the beach.

If we kept on polluting the Earth,there will be more carbon dioxide and ten years later, hundred years later,the earth will face air pollution and extreme weather. If you do not want Earth to turn out like that,better start recycling every Tuesday. Just bring some cans and recycle it. Isn’t that easy?

ReplyDeleteWe learnt about the Earth we are living in and the problems we are facing.Mother Earth is sick(very!) and we must do everything we could to save her.The easiest way we can help is to perform the basic 3R's:Reuse,Reduce and Recycle.Try not to use styrofoam as it cannot be decomposed.So,some factorys,they used a kind of chemical to melt it,but during the procedure,there is poisonous gas being given out,polluting the air.In a nutshell, stop polluting the air!

Mother Earth is very sick! Please help to protect it! I'm sure that we don't want to live in a place that natural disaster will occur anytime right? So please protect to Earth by reusing our things,recycling and reduce!
